another render using the new transparency option... and again, I think its a bit too complex for the transparency to work as transparency... but it did give it a cool reflective look and strange shine...
the title is just silliness... I was looking at it in preview size wondering what to call it, and thought "this must be what computers look at when they want to see pornography..."
also, this uses one of my color maps which can be downloaded here: [link]

I suppose they do, they do work hard having to render days of Mandelbulbs. One thing I rendered only took 35 minutes at 6000x4000 so I did reflections, it said 22 hours then 3 days I gave up when it said 19 days.
I have one running now, it first said 21 days for reflections... its been running at least four days now... it says 9 days 17 hours to go... but by comparing each day's results I think it won't take quite as long as it says... but each time I think of stopping it, I notice something that looks cool in it and want to see more... so I guess it will run in the background for however long it takes LOL
yes, which in a way I find rather odd, because in Bryce, reflections and even transparency isn't nearly as slow. Yes. slower than when you don't use them, but not as much slower as MB is... I wonder if maybe the algorithms Jesse is using could be improved... but not being a real programmer, I surely won't say anything bad about it!
I like this strange shine you speak of
Cor!!!... dirty beggars
thanks Graham!
