Ok, I know that there are an awful lot of this sort of MB3D renders, and many of them are ones I have done... even I'm starting to get a bit tired of them...
that being said, I really liked the metallic texture, fog, DoF and pretty uch everything about this one, so I figured I would submit it anyway, but I promise I'm going to TRY to stop doing so many of them...

This looks like much things I write about in my novels. They are about paralel worlds and time travel, and there is somethin that I call 'Coridor of the Worlds' it looks a lot like this as I described it and imagined it.
Don't mention it, I like your work. And I was wondering can U give me some advice how to create something like that on my own? Considering that I am a writer, U can tell that design is not my strongest side, though I recived some credits for it... I would much aapritiate it. If you can, You send me a private note Thanks anyway...
Very detailed, with the fog it reminds me of the borg ships from star trek next generation. Similar to other clasic sci-fi shows as well, the curved bits make me think of the engine room in event horzion and the alien series. Could also be a nano scale mesh between layers of armor or something, or the large frame work between the outer shell of a spaceship and the inner shell, impacts against the ship would be absorbed and distributed across this framework, only a tiny amount of energy would reach the crew.
