well, first off, you have to be sure to use images that don't have a lot of blue or red... and then you need to get a good offset... I think this one could have used just a little more offset really... I have a program somebody gave me a link for that does the mixing for you, you just set the offsets and it does all the work of blending, let me know if you want a link to it.
Wow! This turned out great! It gives a lot of 3D effect without the unwanted little "eye-twisters," as I call them, that I often find in my own 3D images. I love this even without wearing my 3D glasses! Superb work, Charles. I hope you'll make more!
yeah its pretty cool... there's a program for doing these, once you have the two images (right and left views) it can be found at [link] although its also possible to do it manually in Photoshop or the GIMP...
with this program its fairly easy, just set an offset and tell it to create the image and it does the rest, although it has many other features as well (which i still have no really learned)
well skyzyk does a lot of anaglyphs, and I will probably do some more too...this one didn't really have enough offset I think... it does work, but a little more offset and maybe it would look even more 3D... but only with the glasses
