Tweak of one of my older works "captured"

Europan Spider Coral is an unique lifeform found under the outer icy layer of Jupiter's moon Europa. Unlike many of the lifeforms found there, the spider corals live in the colder, upper levels of the inner ocean, surviving off the nutrients provided by the lighter plankton. Most lifeforms tend to stay more within the central zone where the waters are warmer and there is more current exchange providing higher levels of nutrients.
